hello! 💞 i’m steph, a 26 year-old living in the uk!! i have been an avid reader my my entire life, and my favourite genres are romance & thriller. i am a freelance book editor, owner of @stephscorner.co.uk and have over 1000 photos of my dog on my phone.

i love chinese food, sitcoms, wine, long walks and true crime documentaries!! (and reality tv)

i’m also a student studying english literature & creative writing <3

this book was absolutely WILDDDDD!! but i loved every second of it. 🫶

i had this collecting dust on my shelf for a few years & finally decided to dive in. i binged it within one evening because i needed to know what would happen next !! this is such a phenomenally written thriller that keeps you guessing and throws out constant plot twists. AND it’s based in the scottish highlands!! amazing!!!!

i read this on the day it released and binged it the same day. i was on the edge of my seat the entire time and had no idea what was gonna happen next!! truly phenomenal, very fun, very scary, 10/10

i cannot express how much i loved this book and how fast i binged it !! if you’re looking for an angsty cowboy read then here ya go !!! it may be less than 300 pages but the story was perfect and i am truly obsessed with these characters. gonna need book 2 asap x

i didn’t think anything could beat bride when it came to hazelwood but wow !!! this book !!! i fell in love with scarlett & lukas instantly and their story was wonderful to read 🫶 it also made me miss watching the olympics and made me want to swim more 🏊‍♀️

getting my bachelor’s degree 🎓

school was a hard time for me. i never fit in, i was constantly overwhelmed and i spent most of my time hiding in the library from bullies - which meant i didn’t leave with great results!

so! now that i’m in a better place and know what i want, i have enrolled into university to get my degree! this is a subject that interests me deeply & i can’t wait to see where this adventure takes me 🫶

if you asked me what my fave sports romance book was, it would be this. & is likely to be this for a LOOONG while. i loved archer and daemon with my whole heart and i felt every single emotion while reading this. as the pages ran out, i got sadder. i didn’t want this to end. 🥹🥹

it was truly perfect, only 250 pages in book 1 but they were packed with action!! arranged marriage, ‘my wife’, brooding jealous mmc? it was EVERYTHINGGGG.
